I would go with the .82 minimum. It will spool 2-300 rpm later than .63 as an average, and the potential for power is definitely better.
I dunno, I am not looking for a dyno queen. Last thing I want is to make 250RWHP up until 5,500RPMS then make 550 from 7,000-8000RPMS, not a useful powerband. I dunno

lol.. ok, first of all you will never make 250whp untill 6500 with a 35R... EVER. most people are getting FULL BOOST (making 450+) at like 45-5000... below that the HP is climbing with every second.. you will be making 300+ from 3k.

especially with the s2k's short gearing.. you'll ALWAYS be in the power band.

now for housings, i suggest the .82 MINIMUM. it will support 500+ and it wont surge (back up from spooling too fast and notbeing able to cram all the air into the motor) but it wont spool so late (5,500+) like the 1.06 but the bigger the rear housing, usually the more power it will support but the longer it'll take to spool.

you seem to be asking a lot of n00b questions (nothing wrong with that) but i suggest spending some quality time with google and the search option.

Show me ONE 35r that makes 300whp at 3000rpm's. Let alone EVERY single boosted s2k lol

AND FYI full boost does not = max hp.

Again show me one 35r s2k that makes 450whp at 4500rpm's and I'll shut up.
Mine makes at least 450 whp at 4000 rpm but I am slightly smaller than a 35R but larger than a 30R.

The tq and rpm graph wasn't shown because the rpm sensor hooked up on the car kept messing up at around 7000 rpm but at 75 mph is roughly 4000 rpm on the graph.

You need to re calculate your MPH to RPM Chadd. 4000rpm would be approximately 55mph on your chart. 75 mph would be about 5500rpm If you use stock AP1 gears, with the stock 1.1 reduction gear, your calculations aren't correct. I think your forgetting to factor in your reduction gear ratio.

Just thought I'd bring that up since it's not accurate information.

I dont have the stock AP1 gears but you might be right, it could be closer to 4500-5000 rpm hitting 450+ whp.

You have a stock AP1 trans and an R200 rear end with a 4.08 ratio right? With a stock reduction that is effectively a 4.73 final drive ratio.
