What are the options for a rebuild?

I currently don't have a permanent residence since I am in the USAF. Post deployment cash is burning a hole in my pocket.

That being said I can drop this car anywhere in the country to have it built. I would eventually like to install a single turbo.

I am looking to spend anywhere from 3k-7k on a full rebuild.

Is this a bad decision? Since the internals of S2k's are already forged? I would assume its the right way to go.

Any shops you guys recommend?

Bottom end--

If you guys could throw a few brands for decent quality price efficient.

I would like to build the top end as well.
