yea it seems like 1025386 is the number people go by, but in searching i found a forum member with engine #1025249 who checked his and he had the newer design 130 below when it was said to be changed. Im assuming im safe, knock on wood.

Would this also apply to my situation?

Basically do the compression and leakdown tests give you a good idea about the condition of the actual cylinders/combustion chambers, pistons, valves etc? Would any nicks, scratches or scoring in the cylinders be represented with the results of these tests?
Basically if you have any nicks, scores, etc in the cylinder wall that are large enough for the ring not to seal properly with the wall will show. I am talking scores that you can usually feel with your fingernals and you can really dig into the wall and deeper.

The test should be performed warm/hot so the rings seal better and oil lubrication makes a better seal.

Thank you sir...

Plan on doing at least a compression test in the next few days so that helps
