My car originally dyno'd about 403 on the Mustang dyno, and on dyno Jet on 14psi, it made 456 whp.
Yeah I saw that too. I will have to ask them about it today when I go back there (they forgot to put my spark plug cover back on). The data log I pulled off of my Kpro show about 14.5 psi on average, and once it spiked to 15.1.
I will double check to see exactly how that reading was taken. Because I doubt my car can even hit that much boost because my boost cut is set at 17psi, which I actually have hit before when the weather got colder and I was on my summer tune.
As for the dip, the guys at the shop thinks its either the Wastegate, or timing being pulled at that RPM. Either way, I will be bring the dyno and the logs to my tuner for him to review.

Nice pics!
This kit does not use a brace for the turbo I was told the reason for it was because as heat expands the manifold, there is a very small growth when driving, so with a brace on, it would actually cause the welds to crack because there would be no room for any slight movement and all the stress will be on the manifold.
As of now, I've had my kit for 8 month now, I've been to a few track events, as well as been on the dyno several times, and I've still not experienced any vibration issues that everyone seems to be concern about.
