How come theres no airflow issue (cool air getting to radiator) w the intercooler there? Is there space below the intercooler for air to flow?

It is a bit of an issue. There is some space but my car tends to run hotter on the highway than in the city which I believe is because of the lack of space.

Car never overheated just ran really hot on the hotter days. I added a second fan to help keep the temps in check. My temps on the highway(hour long drive) temps reached 217 with the ac on then when the fans kicked on and I started to exit they dropped to 198. I believe the airflow to the radiator is the cause. With the ac off I was about 205-209 on the highway and 198-199 in the "city"
