Pulley nomenclature

Another point I'd like to make is how the pulleys are actually measured.
The "industry standard" is that the pulleys are measured at the top of the teeth as shown here:

Both Comptech and some of the other manufactures have listed their pulleys using other measurements, such as at the top of the belt guide (the outer most ribs). This is confusing since this measurement can vary greatly based on how the pulley is designed.
The only "constant" is measuring the pulley "at the top of the teeth".
