Default Pulley torque?

I have a CTSC and I am switching to a different pulley. When installing the new pulley how tight should I torque the nut?

Also any other tips or recommendations for changing the pulley?

Thanks!

I used a lock washer and hit it with the impact gun for a quick blip.

I held the pulley with a Craftsman strap wrench and used a breaker bar to loosen. I tighten the nut as hard as I can with a 3/8" ratchet by hand.

I personally like to put thread locker. One single drop will do the trick just for assurance.
