purge valve vacuum

Default purge valve vacuum

i have a newly found vacuum leak...not sure if this is the cause of the leak

number 6..purge pipe..both ends was connected to the intake manifold but on the bottom where it split there is a hanging hose with a clamp around it like it was connected to something....can any1 tell me what it's suppose to go to?

I believe it goes to the purge valve which is bolted to the frame in the engine bay located on the driver's side.

Number 11 where in the pic it's not connected to anything.

I completely removed those hoses (used vacuum plugs on the IM). They are part of the purge/pressure relief system.

Is emissions testing required where you live?
