I am currently working on an elbow to move the throttle body 90 degrees so it is not up against the firewall. I have a local guy with a Hass machine in his shop that is going to help me get something that works. Mine has been by far the worst I have seen when it comes from distance to firewall. The AC relocation kit also hurts with space.

I have a Fluidyne heat exchanger and I added to 6" SPAL fans to help with the cooling. My IAT are still up but I am open TB above the header so it is no telling how hot my inlet air to blower is. I've order 2 fluid and 2 air temp sensors to wire up to AEM. I'm going to have inlet/outlet of heat exchanger fluid and inlet/outlet of blower before intercooler. Should give me a better idea of heat soak.

If you get creative a jackshaft setup would be ideal. Also some of the new blowers have the pulley and inlet on the same side. Either way getting the inlet to the front would be a huge help on space requirements.

and a bigger blower mmmmmmmmhm. omg this would be hands down bad ass with a bigger blower. that was the only thing that i didnt like about my kit. left me wanting more!

Jason has a TVS1320 on his XP auto-x car. Of course it is easier to do when you just run the blower intake though the firewall. I believe you could still do it with the right tooling.

From what I can remember he changed the gear ratio and he actually dropped power before correction. I'd have to ask Mark since he tuned it. It was in the neighborhood of a 15% gain. IIRC he made less power than yours did.

Mine came in at 298 (I bought Jason's MP62 when he upgraded) on 9.5 psi. Mark made 330 on 6.5 psi. Now different dynos, etc. but mine pulls harder with a 4.1 than Mark did with 4.4, so go figure on HP numbers.

Mark sold his car and the current own I believe will be getting selling the kit.

FWIW I make 305 (AP1) on 6 psi with the stock exhaust. I was hoping for more but asked for a conservative tune.

I wish I had it to 330, it is pretty quick now but another 10% would have been interesting. I have chirped third on the freeway at 60 once when I mashed the gas and downshifted to pass. I think too much more would make the car a handful especially when the tires are cold.

Hey guys, sorry I've been MIA for a bit but the plan is a small whipple twin screw with a Vmount intercooler and an ASM style hood. Thanks so much for your help so far! Also, interesting you should mention the front feeding system, something like this seems like a decent option:http://whipplesuperchargers.com/inde...product_id=295

That kit you linked to is really designed for V8 engines. Its too big, woul be terribly hard to side mount it, and it's just an old school Roots style blower.

If you look at Whipple's kit for the Ford Raptor pickup, you will see their W175ax twin screw compressor with front inlet, but even that is too large for our cramped engine bay. If you could get the front inlet setup on the W140ax compressor, that would be the ideal PD blower for the S2000, IMHO.

I wasn't referring to the actual part but I meant I could see where that would be a better option if they did make one in the right size. I might just call them and see what options there are. And what is the difference between the 140ax and the 140r?

Even easier if you just rip the engine out of the car
