Quick question on EMU

Just a quick question lads, when one exports a new file to the main unit, does it ovewrite the existing file and simply use the new one? It's not necessary to do anything more than that is it?

Yeah, it overwrites what is in the main unit.

After loading the calibration file, I think you have to disconnect your car battery atleast for 10 seconds. You might want to look into that.
