Hi Guys,

Besides running high dyno numbers and low 1/4 mile times, are there any fella out there with a turbo s2k running the tracks - as in road courses?

I'm thinking about tracking but don't know if I should go turbo or not. I also don't know what's permitted at the track and what's not either. Just really starting to research and haven't found many turbo examples on the tracks - or is it just me?

Excellent question! There might be 2 turbo guys that have consistently tracked their cars (I know MSM races his). It appears heat is can be a problem for turbo setups on this car. Can anyone else chime in?

 

I do autoXs but there just arn't enough road courses around this area for me to get into that as a full time thing throughout the year (I might do one track day a year).

I can see oil temps becoming a problem so an oil cooler will pretty much be needed.
