I have contacted many vendors and have had no luck. What you will find is that the radator companies want to make oil to water heat exchanger rather than a oil/air and water/air radiator.

I did find one company but it was over $2K said and done. Best option to date is the PWR, unfortunatly I have called many time but have yet to reach someone to even ask how their unit is circuited.

Feel free to shoot me an email and I will give you dimensions, quotes........... As I am looking for a solution also.

Yes, double pass and water to air and oil to air configuration. Im still waiting on a response from the mfgr so the board sponsor can announce an official word

Ugh.... This is definitely more complicated now looking into it deeper. He has made afew rough drafts but on the bottom tank he needs to know if we can extend 3/8'' out further towards the condenser or if there is room to extend out 3/8'' out towards the fans. If that room is there then the form factor is good to go.

The cooling will not be air to oil, he told me the oil would be cooled through a heat exchanger inside the radiator that is cooled by the water. Maybe not as willd as a stand alone air to oil, but this idea would still offer better oil cooling over the OEM sandwich plate. Even with this idea being said he told me we are still under the price of the PWR.

Does anyone have pictures available inside the bay where the radiator sits? or maybe some measurements... i told him the koyo figures were our limits but if the bottom tank extends out 3/8'' would it still fit?

I do have a site vendor here who is willing to supervise and administrate this project. He will shortly be posting a feeler thread, we want atleast 10 minimun, maybe more, depends on what he feels is necessary to motivate the fabricator into a reasonable group buy price.

I'd be interested in something like this. With my S just transitioned to weekend duty, a better radiator and oil cooler are on my list.
