Default RANT!Greddy forgot my fuel pump and injectors

I bought an AP1 turbo kit from Greddy through A&J racing. Greddy forgot to ship the fuel pump and injectors with the kit. Now I have to wait even longer, already waited 2 months because of the oil return defect. I sent an email to them and i'm waiting on their reply. My car is sitting on a lift at A&J racing right now with the kit installed, excluding the fuel pump and injectors. It's my daily driver and I don't have anything to get me to work. Not going to drive it with the stock injectors because I'm not going to risk detonating my motor. Pissed off. I didn't expect something like this to happen from a company of this magnitude. Props to A&J racing for helping me through this ordeal.

Sux sorry to hear that.
Not that it helps, but the installer should have checked for all contents first.

Yeah i thought about that, but the mess would have been avoided if Greddy had sent all the necessary parts. This isn't the first time Greddy has messed up their orders. Another customer who ordered the kit, but for an ap2, also didn't get the fuel pump and injectors. My shop has been helpful enough to offer me a ride to and from home and work.

My greddy kit arrived with an AP2 manual for an AP1 kit. They have been a bit sloppy with packaging, but I can say for a fact that my installer carefully reviewed all contents in the kit before starting to work on my car. He caught the manual slip up right away and had greddy email him the correct PDF.

I'm glad you got your stuff in time. My shop is still trying to get a hold of their Greddy rep. It seems that everytime my shop calls them he's in a meeting or out for lunch.

greddy always makes packaging mistakes. i dunno how many times we had to call greddy up because something was missing out of a 350z kit.

Well luckily my shop was willing to give me a set of 550cc injectors for my troubles. My fuel pump will have to wait until Greddy gets their act together and sends me one. Anyone know if they will express deliver the item? or send it through with regular shipping?
