lol. spool must have been awful and the boost couldnt have been that high either. not familiar with wastegates bro? lol

exactly what I was thinking, you shouldnt have been building more then a couple pounds of boost, if that?

Here is the dyno of TJ's vs my 6262 w/ 0.63 A/R I would have guessed that it would have been 500RPM slower but this was rediculous. At the time I thought it had a VERY large A/R in the 1.03 range.

You should be able to really trounce Scotts 6262 numbers now!
In the upper rpm's you were probably spinning that turbo to the moon creating a lot of heat..

Uhh,

The wastegate was bypassing it wasn't loosing boost. Should have the same topend with a MUCH better lowend, and yes it should definatly whop on my old setup.

Even in 4th gear, it'd barely hit 20psi up top. I think or at least hope it'll help build more boost in the high revs otherwise I will order that housing for sure.

wow. thats a sucky thing, but at the same time, a bad-ass thing to know your simple fix is gonna net you some extreme performance that would cost another few grand. lol
