S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Default Re-tune necessary?

I blew a very large crack into my Ultimate Racing steel "tubular" manifold, and I will be switching it out for a cast iron log manifold, is it possible for me to run the new manifold without an immediate retune? I plan to retune eventually, but this is my daily driver and the crack has been getting worse (came from hairline to paper clip sized)
so what do you guys think, would it be alright (in your opinion) for me to run this temporarily?

Probably if you avoid boost at all cost. Worst that can happen is you will need a new engine.

What would be the difference with the new manifold, from tubular to log so wouldn't I run more rich? Just guessing.

The change from tubular to log is going to be fairly drastic , and will certainly create problem areas throughout your tune.

Most log guys have Vtec bumped up too 6.5-7k area, and much lower w/ tubular setup due to the difference in flow characteristics.

Driving around town staying out of boost you should be fine, but I wouldn't risk going anywhere near vtec/boost w/ out a retune

He's going from a tubular log to a cast log I think you guys think he had an ELTM. The tubular manifold will out flow the cast one but the difference won't be that huge IMO. I'd still get a retune either way though.

Tubular manifolds are more efficient than logs and allow you to run more timing in most cases. Yes you will need a retune PERIOD.

With exception to ancillary devices (gauges/sensors/etc), I recommend re-tuning after changing anything that alters the previous flow characteristics.

Regardless if it was cast log vs tubular log or ELT vs log. I would still re-tune the car.

Why not just get another tubular manifold or get that one welded up? Both are probably cheaper than getting a log manifold and a retune
