Default Re-Use Nord Lock Washers?

Had to take my manifold apart for the 294282th time.

I only had these washers on for about 1K miles or so, but from briefly looking at them yesterday it looked like the "coarse" side of the washer had been rubbed away a fair bit (I'll have to check again to be sure).

I would normally just replace these without thinking, but since it's like $20 for a set of washers and I'd have to wait on shipping I wanted to see if it's necessary.

Nord Lock states that they can normally be re-used if there hasn't been too much wear on them, but I don't know how much "too much" is. I should have gotten some pictures of mine I guess (can do this later).

Also, per this .pdf: http://www.swfastener.com/pdf/Nord-Lock_Washers.pdf they recommend using lubrication when putting the washers in, which was actually the opposite of what I was planning on doing this time. I was going to get new nuts from home depot and install everything along with the Nord Locks (either my old set or a new set) along with blue lock-tite. Thoughts on this?

These may seem like trivial questions but I had a problem with my bolts backing out before adding in the washers so I want to make sure I don't repeat that mistake.

These are the correct size aren't they? If I could pick them up for ~$10 (and these are in Texas so it shouldn't take long to ship/arrive) then I may as well pick up new ones:

Also, at least the last time I installed these I was using the nord locks with the OEM studs. I don't know why so many people say that you need longer studs to use the washers, I still had plenty of room to fully thread on the nut after placing the washer...

If those washers listed above are the correct size (don't have the receipt/box for the old ones I ordered) then I'm curious as to opinions on using either lubrication or lock tite when installing everything.

Went ahead and ordered both of these. Just looking for opinions on adding blue lock tite or not now since that .pdf above actually mentioned lubrication. I can't see why Lock tite would be a problem.

I'll probably just throw all of that back on with the OEM studs, lock tite, and some grade 8 nuts from home depot unless someone thinks it's a bad idea. This thread was probably unnecessary, sorry for my incoherent ramblings I think I'm losing my mind.

I don't know if its recommended, but I've always reused my washers and haven't had an issue (no lubrication or loctite).

Mcmaster sells 20 pairs (zinc m8) for $11
and a .410" ID (20 pairs, zinc) for $12

The ridges on my washers seemed to have been worn down quite a bit.

I'll play it safe this time around. Really hoping that once I have everything back together this time it can stay together, but I've been chasing that horse for awhile.
