Default Recent turbo build - have questions

I recently built up my ap1. Precision 6262 running 14psi, bc 625+ rods with mahle 8.7:1 pistons, supertech valvetrain. Dyno 405/263 @ 8700 on 14psi.

Questions:
Once the car is warm my catch can vent smokes. Normal for a fresh build? If so, how long should I expect it to last?

Smoke coming out the exhaust under boost, is this also normal after a fresh build? If so, how long should I expect it to last as well?

At 72 mph I'm running 4200rpm, is that right for stock diff? Seems and feels high.. I suspect the rear diff may have been built by previous owner.

AEM air/fuel gauge flashes p00 and stays locked on 14.7 or 14.8. It was working prior to the rebuild. Any fix?

After 50 miles I started puking oil out the rear main. It was replaced. Possible for crankcase pressure to blow it out? Or likely installation error?

I'm sure I'll come up with more but this is all for now. Thanks for the input.

I break my motors in on the dyno.

I've seen my car smoke after a fresh build, and about 3500-4500 rpm (steady load) the rings seat and it quits.

How many miles on the car?

How was it broken in?

ANY turbo car should have adequate ventilation, I'd check on that first. The rear main could have been a user installation error, or attributed to pressure build up.

What are you using for your catch can setup?

This car was street tuned for 25-30 miles then broken in on the dyno. I have 2 -10an lines in the valve cover to the combo oil catch/coolant overflow can, plus 2 open air valve cover vents. Plenty of ventilation. 136K on the car and motor before the rebuild.

My motor was built in oct and my catch can vent smokes when the motor is warming up.

If your putting out black smoke under boost that just means you are running a rich tune.. Which is Fine. I run a really Rich tune since I track the car. It sometimes just pisses off the person behind you.. lol.

you MUST have a built rear end.. I am deff under 4200 at 72mph, not by much though. so nothin too crazy to worry about.. If you want to test it, a stock diff and gearing should get you to about 160 before you hit 9k in 6th gear. thats where i run out of gear anyways..

the gauge i don't know.

Rear main seal I would say install error.. the motor should not just push it out for no reason.

hope that helps.

my catch can vents smoke but only starting the car up for a few then goes away, if your venting smoke all the time there might be a issue somewhere, hows your drain line on the turbo?

Thanks for all the input!

Its white smoke under boost out the back. Mostly anytime above 5 psi. Low boost I don't notice it. Never smokes under normal driving. I cant comment on a rich condition since my sensor is inop..

It pretty much smokes out the catch all the time. Not a lot, but noticeable. There is no drain line on the catch, but I have a -10an line out the turbo to the oil pan.

And I figure the seal was installation error.. of course he's not wanting to own up to it. Looks like I'll be pulling the trans. fun..

Since the rear diff is modified, is there any telltale signs the trans may be? Driveshaft is beefed up as well. 3rd grinds, 5th is rough, and reverse is nearly impossible. I have a oem spare transmission I was going to put in, but if the trans is built then I'll work on it. Any indications to look for?
