Default Removing the black front grill on AP1 bumper

How do you remove it? cut it out? does it just come off???

You pretty much have to cut it off. But an intercooler looks so bad ass!!

Remove the speed nuts on the back of the grill that attach to the bumper. You can do this with the bumper on but it's easier with the bumper off.

It also "clips" itself in place on the sides.

Yes, remove the bumper and the grill is easy to remove.

Taking the bumper off is a piece of cake. If you go turbo you may aswell get used to it. I can take mine off in less then 2 minutes now.
Removing the grill is just as easy as they have stated.

You can only remove the top portion of the grill though. The bottom half of it needs to be cut or dremelled off. I used a dremel on mine and took about an hour to cut it off and smooth down the jagged edges after cutting. Make sure you take your time and don't touch the plastic pieces that fly off when you dremel as they are extremely hot and can burn you. Ask me how I know

I removed mine on my AP2 by hitting a pair of denim jeans that fell off the back of a truck on the interstate while doing about 80. I dont suggest you use the same method but hey it worked for me.

I was waiting for someon to chime in with that, looks sweet with just an intercooler though

hopefully this is motivation, don't mind the dirt...
