Retune turning the boost up
Well going in for a retune after I fix my small oil return line leak.
Here's the set-up:
Stock ap2 motor
Full race manifold
Gt35r
Boost juice 51/49 water/meth
Aem w/i kit w/550cc nozzle
3" straight pipe exhaust.
Aem ems
id 1000's
Hardwired walboro pump
Halman boost control with cock pit controller
We stopped at 17 psi I was getting restless been there for 5 hours and was happy I made my personal goal of 500+whp. I'm going to push the set up I have now before I change the turbo and assemble my bottom end and shoot for more HP. My only concern will be what will fail first what should I look for as potential problems before I make my way down to the tuner or any helpful hints or suggestions. Ill be shooting for over 600+ I have 100k on the motor
the only thing different this time around is the straight pipe exhaust and hardwired fuel pump.
Hopefully I can get close with just this and maybe around 20psi. Ill be adding to this thread as my new build continues.
