Default revhard cast vs pfab log

I have a revhard cast manifold and 60trim t3/t4 w/.82AR. Would i be looking at considerable gains by swapping to a Pfab top mount log manifold and 3" downpipe over my current revhard cast and 3" downpipe with the same turbo?

My manifold was cracked and repaired before i bought it and its starting to crack again so its in need of replacement. Just wondering if id be better off swapping it with another revhard and installing a turbo blanket or upgrading to the pFab.

Im making 310 right now but my goal is to make 350 on 9psi and over 400 with my boost scramble button+meth. Most people just crank up there boost but i want to try and make my current setup more efficient.

log manis are inefficient. go ELTM and drool over the crazy increase in efficiency.

or just stick with same log mani and crank the boost. all logs hit walls much sooner then ELTM. u can make 400 wiht that mani. just more boost to do it.

I wouldn't call that an upgrade. The turbo will be top mounted, so that is a visual upgrade... but IMO don't waste you money on another log. Save for an ELTM. I know that's what everyone is gonna say but it really is the only option if you are after efficiency.

If you want more power just crank the boost.

seems like theres alot of guys make big power with the pfab log vs the revhard/greddy cast log.

pfab people also have bigger turbos and crank up the power id say save money and wait to upgrade to a full race manifold or the other pfab. however people with revhard i seen runing around 400 hp witch is good :-D

Well it comes down to how much you want to change. You can do a full race manifold like soul who went to a revhard log to a full race. You do need to change some stuff but its not earth shattering. You could also consider a inline pro log as well, it does have small runner and is a bit better and you should be able to get one for a few hundred.

yes it would be a very tiny upgrade dont you think revenge? i mean with inlinepro all you need to change from what i understand is dp and manifold. so say 300-400 for that when you can just save the 400 and just watch the for sale and find a nice manifold for around 1000

I could see myself saving up and buying a nice ELTM but i dont want to have to relocate my battery and all the A/C components.

Would the inline pro manifold net any gains over what i have now? It seems like there so similar it might not make a noticable difference.

Seems like my downpipe would be fine(if i swapped to InlinePro) since the turbo stays in the same vertical position and just moves slighly outboard. I have a flex pipe and im sure my exhaust can shift slightly because of the rubber hangers.

I dont hear too much about inlinePro's manifolds cracking but i hear about tons of revhards that crack at the base of the wastegate port.

I think the inline pro manifold is better than the rev hard by far. Pull up pick of the manifold on line and compare it to how it looks compared to yours. It has small runner compared to say my old greddy which looks like a twinkie with holes. Unless your going for stupid power and you posted you don't want to relocate stuff then it will be a good cost effective option.
