revhard cast vs pfab log
ill keep my eyes peeled for an inlinepro manifold over the next few weeks. Seems like most people sell them with kits tho. If i cant find one soon ill just pick up another Revhard and pray it doesnt crack.
i have the same issue that you have- i have the revhard kit and my manifold has been welded twice already (wastegate and it cracked 3/4 of the way around the #2 exhaust runner) and i am fed up with it. i would like to run a different manifold but i don't want to have to change my downpipe/wastegate dump tube and intercooler piping setup (don't have the money right now) plus i am happy with the power for right now (387 @12 psi) i would be interested in finding out if the inline pro manifold will work with the revhard kit. and you shouldn't have an issue making 350 @ 9 psi, i made 340 @ 9 on a dyno dynamics. (in the middle of summer in florida)
my manifold also warped- i have an exhaust leak on the #4 exhaust port- the nut will not stay on the stud- i have replaced the nut six times already with no luck
so i am not looking to swap for a performance gain i am wanting to swap so i don't have to deal with crap.

A log manifold isn't worth the price to upgrade over a cast manifold. They will flow similarly. Only do it if the look is all you care about. If you want a performance upgrade that's worth the money you spend, go for an equal length manifold (or at least one with runners and a real merge). P-fab makes some great equal length manifolds that are worth a look.

yea my exhaust nuts vibrate off as well. thats weird. I even have ARP studs.
I have a very conservative tune on 91 octane so i only made 310whp on my custom setup using a revhard manifold. Its tuned more for endurance than peak power so im sure i could make close to 340-350 if i had a more aggressive ignition map.
InlinePro looks like the best choice for us DC2-2-AP1.
