I want one. What are you guys running in the Air-Water I/C, actual water or coolant?

cold side (intake manifold side) drove cost up to a level that were unacceptable at the time.

Doing a cold side limited boost to around 6.5 psi due to concerns over how sensitive a 11:1 compression ratio engine usually is to IATs and there ELF did not have a timing feature.

SOT did not want to use a water meth system to cool the IAT

like i said IM SURE THEY HAD THEIR REASONS
whats wrong with this idea...

say you want to run 5lbs boost with a fmic..couldnt u put a 6,7 or 8lb pulley on to compensate??

why dont they get the idle problem with turbo and fmic?

im not doubting what your saying or trying to be a dick...just some thoughts

after reading all of this and remembering my past experiences with my JRSC...im kinda leaning more toward the Greddy kit...

With my civic, i always wanted to run alittle more boost, make alittle more power and always wished i went turbo instead. I think the same thing would happen.

Making more power than the SC kit makes when you bolt it on is pretty expensive with the roots type is seems...i remember the only method of intercooling for the JRSC was LHT after cooler that was pretty much a liquid cooled intake manifold.

So how much does it make on 11psi? Is that with a headgasket or build bottom end?
