Ok got some testing done today.
Swapped MAP sensors, no change, swapped stock fpr, no change, swapped injectors, no change.
Checked the fuel pressure in neutral. Was like 70 psi and then when revving up would go to 50 psi or so. I had no way to see the pressure under load or driving since the gauge was just tapped into fuel rail.

The car seems to drive decently partial throttle.
Will even build a little boost. As it does afr rise from like 11 or so and once it hits 4 psi they spike to fully lean on the gauge and the car boggs down.

What else could it be? Fuel pump still maybe? I have driven on the fuel pump for about 4k miles before the sc went in with zero issues.

Yeah I saw another thread where that was the culprit. If they would fail would they still work fine NA but not be able to supply enough fuel for boost or something?
Cause mine worked great NA to redline and all without any issues.

If the pump is the cause which seems strange but who knows,
Anyone know where to buy one from? I want to not buy from ebay this time as I did the one I have now and want to make sure it is no a replica or something.

re-check all your wirings from your ecu to the black box....from the Vortech instructions and must follow the wiring diagram not the written one. Lot's of people make mistake on this final step. hope your car will run fine.

I had someone do the install for me and they checked the wiring like 3 times now and all connections are soldered as Vortech recommends.

Can the black box really go bad? Has anyone heard of that happening?

I'm not sure but he has done atleast 6 Vortech kits on the S2000. He does all of the NY Metro FI setups pretty much so he knows what he's doing.

Could it be something to do with the plugs? Or would that make it run richer most likely?

I have no cel's or anything.
