S/c setup going to E85 - what to expect?

Default S/c setup going to E85 - what to expect?

I have a KW kit and have been kicking around the idea of going to flex fuel. I will predominantly run it on 93, I think, so I don't want to go to a different pulley ratio. What kind of power difference would be expected if boost stays the same? Just looking for some ballpark ideas, or hopefully some data from someone that's been here before.

Seperately, is it possible to set different rev limiters in AEM V2 based on ethanol %? Or on Haltech or AEM Infinity?

Just one point of data... Another TTS kit owner has the same car as I (2006) and the C38-91 blower (I have the 92) both at just over 16psi. On E85 he made 510whp on a Dynojet (not the same dyno as mine). I'm on 93 and my best was just a tic under 443whp. So I'd guess maybe 50-60whp (ish) gain. If things go as planned I might be able to go E85 this summer sometime.

I think 60whp is unrealistic and should be chalked up to different dynos. With that said, I did pick up 30whp just from advancing the timing when I made the jump last year.

Maybe.. But if you read his thread he made 428whp@13psi (rpm limited) on pump. Which at 16psi should be 458whp(ish) (on my tuners dyno 1psi is usually 10-12whp) and to 510whp is 52whp. Again...just one point of data.

I had a CT kit with a Novi 1220 on 16 PSI and made a differential of +40 WHP between 93 octane and E85; same dyno, same day.

I had Haltech and don't remember a setting for modulating rev limit based on ethanol percentage. The only sections with fuel composition correction were fuel corrections, ignition corrections, and boost corrections.

Your answer to what exactly. If you have flashpro you're all set for obd2 codes.

Id say anywhere from 30whp-60whp. My buddy did the same on his Comptech supercharger setup. Everything stayed the same except for the 91oct to E85 and gained 30whp. 10psi.
