IMO the simplest way to compete is bracket racing. That way it won't matter if you are turbo'd, supercharged, making 400rwhp, making 700rwhp, weighing 2200 lbs, weighing 2800 lbs, etc.

Some of the best competition comes from bracket racing.

That's all good too. Run what you brung! You pretty much have two options here: bracket racing or heads-up. Bracket racing would make for a more competitive event IMO.

Right...or you can spend a lot of money, show up at a heads-up event, and get your a$$ handed to you without any consolation prize.

we should think about doing it in indy. The track kicks ass and it is in a central location.

It would be heads up for sure.
To limit the "kid's" from racing and making havok or what ever there will be a entry fee and that way you know they are for real.
