Default Safe boost limit for my motor

I redid my bottom end over the summer due to a cracked top ring. I am wondering how much psi I am able to run on pump 93 with my setup. My car is a 2005 ap2. My bottom end is built and the top end is stock besides arp head studs.

Bottom end has
-darton dry sleeves
-cp 9.6:1 cr pistons
-Brian Crower h beam rods
-acl race bearings

Fuel stuff Includes
-id1000cc injectors
-Walbro 255 pump
-stock rail and lines

Turbo setup
-afi t4 twinscoll manifold
-bw 362/3 1.10ar
-3" downpipe and exhaust

I heard around 20 from some people but I would like to get more input.
