Default SC BELT RE-INSTALL ISSUES

I have a Vortech SC with a 3.8" pulley and 6PK 1270 belt which just tore. Bought a new one but just cant seem to get it even close to the SC pulley. Referenced previous posts but cant seem to find the info. How do I get the belt onto the SC pulley. Removed the charge cooler but do I need to remove the SC as well. And if so how do u get the SC off. Cant get access to the huge alan bolt below the SC. Thus far I have the belt on the crank pulley as well as the pulley below the SC and the tensioner pulley. the tensioner bolt tightens and loosens in both directions but the pulley doesnt move at all. Cant get the belt even close to the SC pulley. Please advise. Thanks guys.

Im not sure about the vortech's but on my comptech there are two bolts that need to be loosened to adjust the tensioner. One you can tell is for the tensioner and the other is a bracket bolt.

Yes there are a further 2 bolts which hold the tensioner bolt in place. Like you say - a bracket. Do I need to loosen these?
