hi, I am planning to get a SC kit for my car. How much would be a used kit?? Can I install the kit myself?? or if I take it to a tuning shop, how much would they charge for installation??

When you get the complete kit w Aftercooler, do I need to get something else on top of it?? the EMS thing or new pistons or anything? or can I use it with stock engine??

 

About $3500 used. Technically you can install yourself but take a look at the installation manual and see if you want to undertake it. Installation would probably be around $800 or so. If you get a complete kit you do not need anything else on top of it. There are plenty of members who have been running for 2+ years with superchargers without any extra tuning etc.

I suggest you search and read about this before doing it. Get familiar with it and then make an informed decision.
