Default SC'd: What Additional Gains Over Current Setup?

I currently have a Berk Technology test pipe (63.5mm/2.5") mated to the HKS Dual Hi-Power cat-back, which I believe is 60mm/2.36". I like the setup for the sound and the fact that it's relatively quiet. For what it's worth, I have the ProFlow TB (64.25mm/70.1mm) as well on my Base SOS'd '05 (~6 psi).

It appears that the stock header is more than fine, so now I'm turning to the exhaust to see if there are any worthwhile gains to be had over my current setup, if I want to remain a dual and not go to single setup.

In any event, generally speaking, any idea what additionalgains can be had, if any, over my current TP/cat-back setup with a different system? I'm going to assume there won't be any significant gains gained, let alone worth the cost to switch, but perhaps I'm wrong.

Please specify the setup (e.g., X brand, custom with X diameter, replace cat-back with X, keep TP, etc.) if you have some thoughts.

Thanks!

That would require new injectors and standalone EMS wouldn't it? If so, I'm not ready or willing to go that route for a few reasons (too much to type put on my phone LOL).

You may run into the same problems with getting a bigger exhaust. In other words it may lean you out and cuase you to need bigger injectors and ems.
In my opinion its not worth messing with: for the 6-800 dollars you'll spend on exhaust you will only get like 6-10 horsepower if that, Thats hardly enough to feel a difference, just save up for EMS.
Stock exhaust does fine for supercharged cars up till i think 350-380hp

Hows that throttle body? could you feel a difference? any negatives about it?

Unfortunately, I can't really say as I originally installed the ProFlow TB at the same time as the Berk TP which was 5 years ago (almost 28k miles) when I was still NA. I've only been SC for about a month now. That combo together, I could tell the difference and I'm almost certain that it was more TP than the TB, but the TB makes more difference on a FI'd car than NA'd:

** Not my car, but the car was a local one with a Comptech SC, not sure if it was AC or not.

Couldn't I adjust the RRFPR accordingly though?

yes you could, do you have a wideband?
you may be at the max with the stock injectors already, either way a slightly smaller pulley would be your cheapest solution,
1 more psi would be the same as what that exhaust would do and cost hundreds less, if you have the room to increse fuel.
so back to the original question of is a diff exhaust worth it.... NO theres a few threads about this and like i said the stock exhaust is sufficient at your power levels.

oh, i forgot the sos kit base kit was stock injectors and fmu at 6psi. i feel you could go to 8psi and still be ok. as long as the fmu is adjustable, you get it on a dyno to verify afr, you would be ok, and you would gain prolly 10-20whp at least.

exhaust will lean out the mixture and still require some tweaking, but prolly wont produce same performance, and at a cost of loudness
