Default ScienceofSpeed Supercharger System

The ScienceofSpeed Supercharger System has become one of the most popular forced induction systems for the S2000. The ScienceofSpeed Supercharger System, with its proven reliability, ease of installation, and high quality design has become the ideal solution for realizing the potential of the S2000.

We have greatly increased the number of options for our popular stage 2 & tuner systems. Customers may now elect to substitute the standard stage 2 pulley (9 psi approx) for any other available pulley size at no cost. In addition, for customers with high horsepower goals, the standard Novi 1220 may be substituted for the Novi 1200 (suggested for applications over 450 crankshaft horsepower / 400 whp).

The pulleys are available separately for customers with the ScienceofSpeed supercharger system, or for customers who are retrofitting their Comptech supercharger systems.

Before this upgrade was available, were all the stage 2 SC's shipped with Novi 1220 units?

Cool, great to see that the 1200 is now an option along with the smaller pulleys. I'm guessing that SoS will also package the correct belt size with the purchase of a new kit with a smaller pulley? Patiently waiting for the group buy....

I wish I was patient... My SOS kit with Novi 1200 arrived Monday.

The 1200's availability was the deciding factor for me to go SOS. Boost is addicting and I knew I'd want more power down the road.

Does the 1200 make more power at the same boost level as the 1220? or is it just capable of running more boost without over spinning?

Im only looking to make 400whp right now, but high boost (16-18psi) & E85 are in my future.

At higher boost pressures (about 6 PSI) the 1200 is more efficient, and will make more power at the same pressure.

I'm afraid to ask if mine is coming with the 1200 or 1220 blower. Didn't know there was the option when I ordered last month. I don't really plan on 400 hp at the rear wheels anyway, but ----------- one never knows.
