I assume the K-pro comes "pre-tuned" so it would be plug and play.

I'm afraid to ask if mine is coming with the 1200 or 1220 blower. Didn't know there was the option when I ordered last month. I don't really plan on 400 hp at the rear wheels anyway, but ----------- one never knows.
1220 is the standard supercharger. If you're not planning on modifying your engine and making well above 400 whp, the 1220 is the better supercharger for your application.

We have a base calibration available however all programmable engine management system options need to be tuned for your specific application.

Can you elaborate on this? If the 1200 makes more power at same boost level, wouldn't it be the better choice? Less boost = longer engine life

If I did the math right, we're running kinda close to the surge line on the 1200 if we don't spin it up pretty well. So yes it flows more cfm and thus makes more power at a given boost level, but below a certain speed range it's not well sized for the F20/F22. The 1220 is spinning in a better place on the compressor map for low-mid boost applications and is thus more reliable than the 1200 in those situations. (Curious to see if SOS confirms my guesses here.)

going by what Chris said anything above 6psi is where the 1200 is more efficient, so it would make sense to use that if you are running a 10 or 11.75psi pulley.
Unless 6psi is a typo & he meant to say 16psi lol

My car is finally in the shop - the last snow storm of the year is over ( i hope) and my car is in the process of having a rebuild of sorts. I will post pics of the supercharger once it's installed. Polished SOS A comment from my tuner, after looking through four boxes of parts, ( including an SOS sport clutch) - "Wow, so this is what it's like to have money". He was big impressed with the parts, packaging and finish. Chris, you did an absolute beautiful job on the poiished product.
