Default ScienceofSpeed Supercharger System Update

Thank you again for all your support over the years. We're very proud that the ScienceofSpeed Supercharger System remains one of the top selling forced induction solutions for the S2000. We've made a few minor updates to the kit recently that we thought you'd like to know about. Namely, the fastening solution for the supercharger pulley. We've been very impressed by the number of systems self-installed by customers. We believe we have by far the easiest system to install, the best documentation, and the best support available by phone and e-mail. We have had several reports of customer's supercharger pulleys spinning off because they were not able to achieve the required torque on the pulley bolt as many customers are doing the installs with out air impact tools and with hand tools alone. We've added the innovative Nordlock self locking washer to the pulley fastener set in all our systems. The Nordlock washers allow secure vibration proof fastening of the pulley and will allow easy visual confirmation that the pulley is locked when using even hand tools alone.

Is this something that can be retro-fitted to current systems for a small fee?

Yes, we will provide the washer set no charge to customers who have purchased the systems,, just pay shipping. There is no reason to add this however if you properly tightened the pulley however.

Cheers

Not sure what this is about - we are fair to all customers and charge the same price for any part we sell. Feel free to drop us a line if you think you've been wronged and we'll do our best to make it right.
