i just bought a piece of aluminum from ace hardware. cost me $14. it was 4ft long. i've been using the same piece to make brackets for a while. u can see the piece in both of these picks. i ended up painting it black.

I can see you have been having entirely too much fun. What injectors are they?

I bought a piece of aluminum from home depot that is 3/16 x 3" x 2ft and I made 2 block off plates and 2 coolant brackets from it. The block off plate took 10 minutes tops.

it doesnt have to be blocked off, but in doing so you can remove the entire air pump assembly, and cut some weight too, its mostly blocked off in turbo situations, are the sc guys doing this too?

S2KPUDDYDAD - it's made of 3/16" aluminum and has the factory gasket underneath it. i ran it the last time my car was boosted and had no problems. hopefully it stays that way.

Sideways - lately i have been redoing everything on the car. i'm currently running the rc 1000cc injectors. i should have a bunch of pics up for yall in the next week.

i've already taken the airpump out, how much is the EGR valve and the metal line that runs on the firewall weigh?

good to here

If you guys don't need me to make anymore that's cool. I have one left and a local asked first so, he will get it. I have a PM for another, not sure what to do.
I would make another 24 if need be.

you already got a market for them and you know there are going to be others looking to get em down the road. if it's worth it for you to make them , then you may as well go for it.

I made the 24 that are gone now about a year ago I sell them for a few bucks over cost to cover shipping and PayPal fees.
The survey is 75 to 25 in favor of DIY. I will be in the sheet metal shop sometime tomorrow I may give the order to punch out another sheet So what if it takes a year to make $24 bucks
