Default Shooting for 350whp FI. Couple quick Q's

Hey guys, just looking for some quick answers as my searching has been a little fruitless.

I'm looking to go FI and am shooting for 350whp. I would LIKE to go the turbo route. I have been looking at S/C routes such as the KW high-boost kit and the upcoming Science of Speed kit. Turbo would be favorable to me.

I've looked and have checked out:

Greddy: ~300whp with full exhaust. Hard to get 350whp. Not the best casting on the manifold. Boost creep. Not really what I want.

Revhard: Garbage from what I read.

Inline Pro: I have read nothing but good about it. Price is also decent. However, TOO MUCH power for me. I am wondering; would Inline Pro likely sell this kit with a smaller turbo ie: GT28RS? I don't want 400+ whp. Too much.. at that point there's more money to spend and more to modify because of the extra stress on the diff. and fuel requirements / tuning difficulty. Bleh.

I can't find much else, so here's where you guys can help me.

I want:

1. ~350whp w/ 3" exhaust
2. Quality parts
3. The closest thing to a full-bolt on / install + go kit.

I understand with turbo-kits I will most likely need an aftermarket ecu / greddy e-manage ultimate or similar + tuning... I can accept that. I just want the MOST complete kit possible.

I'd like to keep things affordable but I don't mean cheaping out with chinese manifolds and crap parts etc.

Thanks guys

-Rich

I am pretty sure inline will set you up with whatever your power goals and needs are. Give them a call, super knowledgeable and friendly guys.

You tell them what you want and they will tell you what you need.

My kit started off rev-hard.... laskey actually supports it.
The kit isn't bad, the stage 3 is actually very decent to be honest.

I'd go inlinepro if it was me again.

If your wanting 350whp then forget greddy honestly, you'd be pinching it hard to do that.

I suggest you run a GT3071R for the hp your shooting for. It's not a bad idea to shoot just a little bit high honestly.

Here's a question to you, why would you want to make less then what the motor is capable of with a stock head gasket? 350whp range is great for that and just use the GT30R to do it Nice quick spool times and if you want to make at least a little more hp it'll do it. The 28RS (disco potato) will become limited if you ever wanted to expand. Also keep in mind in general larger turbos = more efficient.

inline pro kit is all you need. I have the kit with a 59/65r turbo and making 321whp on stock exhaust and 70mm test pipe. This is at 8lbs of boost on stock HG. I say with a full 3"turboback exaust you can be looking very close to 350whp with a similar set up as mine from inline pro.

It really doeasn't matter what kit as long as it'll support the 350whp. you can go with a "better" kit and not boost so much. this way if/when you decide to up the boost, you'll already be ready and all you need is a retune.
