how much did you spend if you don't mind me asking. Did you go aem ems kpro or stick with the ultimate?

I stuck with the ultimate for emissions reasons. If the Kpro wasn't so expensive I probably would have ended up purchasing one of those. I haven't had any problems with the ultimate, other than the base tune running rich. I'm just waiting to get it tuned when I get my downpipe and HFC fitted on.

Piecing a kit isn't that big of a deal, and I think it helped me really study the manual and figure out how everything went together. I have a slightly bigger turbo so it was a little more of a pain in the ass to get everything in there together.

I'm in the process of piecing my kit together.

It seems like I will be getting myself a nicer setup than greddy for about the same price and i'll have AEM EMS. Also it seems like i'll be making 350-400whp compared to 270-280whp i've seen greddy kits normally produce.

I'm not even at the 2 grand mark yet and I already have a brand new garrett turbo, new injector dynamics 725's, Ultimate racing IC, AEM EMS, new aem wide band, new tial 38mm wg, and new blitz dd bov. Not bad I'd say. Once i get a manifold, dp, dt, and misc things i'll be set to go
