it sounds really like turbo....and i was wondering if any of you guys in here have this and put it on dyno to test out what makes the difference by putting this on the supercharger?

it won't make any power difference, it is strictly a noise or function choice

o and... That video u posted... The BOV IS on a supercharger. wouldn't make a difference in power. BOV's don't affect performance that way

so basically the only thing it does is makes the car sound great? doesnt add or take away performance at all? and yes i know the video i posted is a supercharger, i was just saying the BOV makes it sound like a turbo.

BOV's are more a longevity thing than a power thing. They are there to prevent cavitation that could damage the compressor blades.

I can't speak to their usefulness on a supercharger as I am not supercharged.

How exactly does that make it sound like a turbo? Unless you think that only turbocharged cars can vent a BOV to atmosphere....

well obviously the sound most attributed to turbochargers is the BOV venting to atmosphere
