sorry.. how well does it hold up when you go FI ... in the past, i have always upgraded my suspension first before anything else .. just commen sense before adding more power..but since the stock is such a nice setup.. i am wondering how well it performs with a SC setup.

I think there are A LOT of people on stock suspension that have gone FI. I don't think the suspension suffers much at all from the extra power...

the stock suspension doesnt suffer really any more stress bc these arent cars that have alot of torque down low which cause the front to hop.

i wasnt expecting much power @ all from the any exhaust, but to lose power was a shocker LOL..
The cases of people losing power from aftermarket exhausts are almost always NA S2k's "upgrading" (or *downgrading rather) to aftermarket exhausts.

The factory is very good. Personally I'd go with a test pipe + OEM exhaust.

As for suspension Why would an extra 70-80 rwhp need an upgrade to an already beefy stock suspension?

If you go with the Comptech you're gonna need Motons to cope with all that power. So, I'd get the Motons first...If you're gonna get motons you're gonna need brakes to cope with all that power/handling...the biggest brake kits for our cars are going to require you to get aftermarket wheels...The widest wheels are going to require you to roll your fender to make room for all that rubber...
K...now you're ready...go for it big boy!

i say start modding your car now so when the time comes to get it tuned you will be ready and wont have to waste the money to get it tuned agian after you added some stuff.

Please man...the SC is the only thing that's going to require you to need a new tune...exhaust, headers, all that crap adds so little flow that the ecu can easily compensate on it's own.

But you're not tuning the car at a 13.5 AFR...the car won't run lean enough to require a retune...the ecu has some capability to compensate. Otherwise, we'd all blow motors in the winter because it's freezing out and the air is so much denser which causes us to run lean...
