Simple Comptech AC question

Gents,

I am in the middle of an install of a CTE supercharger kit. Which port on the AC is commonly used as the cold inlet? I am assuming closest to the TB?

Not following you here. Once air is cooled it exits where the neck meets the throttle body.

Sorry, I meant which of the two water ports in the AC should the COLD water line go into. The port closest to throttle body?
