There are 2 other possible coolant leakages:
- intake manifold gasket (at cyl. 4)
- Idle Control Valve at the Intake Manifold
could this cause the coolant to get into the combustion camber?
Yes. Mostly on the 3rd or 4th Cylinder.

It could still be the head gasket... did you check the deck or the head? I have seen a lot of blown up shit but never a cracked sleeve on an s20000 motor
had head checked and resurfaced. going to pull out head again to see if the block is ok
Did you make sure the place that resurfaced the head knew you were running a metal HG? If you didn't, they may have not surfaced it to a glass like finish. The way to check it is to run your finger nail over the surface of the head and if it feels rough at all, it'll cause leaks with a metal HG. That could be the problem.

probably a head gasket..

you'd have to do something pretty nuts to crack one of these sleeves.
i thought it was the head gasket but its not. i changed it out to an oem HG but still have same problem. car doesn't start. coolant is getting inside combustion camber

you never got it to start? then how do you know its not a h/g problem?

had trouble starting the car before i change out head gasket. when it starts a lot of white smoke came out of tail pipe. smelled like coolant. changed out head gasket, resurfaced head and now the car wont start

For the hell of it do a compression test. See what the numbers are. It'll take like 5 min

you then replaced the hg and now the car doesnt run?

sounds like assembly error to me
