Those are some very nice numbers.

Not to start a pissing match, but which kit, out of the box is the most friendly with pre-existing mods? I'm running an Invidia header, SuperSprint exhaust (65mm), and a high flow cat. I would like to run the SC with just the black box/ESM for a while until I can get the Emanage Ult. set up and tuned if it's not going to create any problems.
Comptech SC is more friendly to Install and Remove; However,Vortech SC made more Ponies,Due to more Boost out of the Box.
A Sale Rep. from Supercharger online once told me that the Comptech SC Build with some Higher Qualities Parts(Billet). This statement might Piss some of the Vortech SC owners.??

I'm running 8.2 lbs non aftercooled with stock injectors.

I don't recommend it though because the bottom end is really fat rich and kinda stinks for daily driving, but the top is good. I'm going to get an EMS so I can tune it properly.

I've been told that the Vortech installation is more invasive than the Comptech, but I haven't been able to find a copy of the installation instructions for the CTSC to make a comparison. Does anyone know where I could download a copy, preferably for the 2004 - 05 AP2?

2.75" pulley going on a built motor with a CTSC here soon. It will be interesting to say the least.

^ Isn't the blower making hot air at that point? I thought their max rotational efficiency was like 58,000 RPM? I hate to ask what it will be moving at with that pulley...

3.75" is the smallest without injectors.

4" is safe no doubt.
