So I went to the drag strip...

Default So I went to the drag strip...

Finally, easily in the 12's. My fastest was 12.60@114. My after cooler was heavily heat soaked after 6 runs. It was approx 130 at idle and 160 at WOT. So I stopped. I left my tires at 32psi and my 60 ft was 2.0. Currently I'm running 12psi on a stock engine F20C netting me 361whp and just under 220 torque. I still have a stock rear end and trans as well as a stock header and heavily modified CR catback exhaust. Here is a video.

Looks good. Leaving on the 2 step? What RPM were the launches at?

Well that was before I saw the thread about it. I was launching at 6500, gotta keep the revs up because of the torqueless F20C haha

yeah Ill have to do that. Otherwise I was thinking of upgrading to the SOS race heat exchanger, or fabricating up a fan to go on the heat exchanger I have now.

nice times and solid trap speed. I have to ask though, why do you need a two-step with a supercharger? Wouldn't you make the same boost at the same RPM no matter how aggressive the 2 step was? I'm sure throttle control with your right foot would be just as good.

if its anything like mine, if your holding at 6500 but with little to no load theres a bypass that doesnt allow boost to build. kidna like revving a stock motor to 6500 and just holding there, your doing it at like qtr throttle. with the 2 step it gives you something to load against and build some boost. with mine at 5000 i build 5-6 psi at the line off the 2 step

congrats on the times and speed. cars moving

we already went down this road. jersey tracks are awesome,, and the weather was prolly PERFECT. cool crisp air.

if you ran in 90+ heat and 70+ humidity. car would be slug compared to your great times.

i am very jealous of you guys. i have to wait until nov/dec to get those kind of nights. and it lasts for all of 2 weeks and then is hit or miss
