i dont have big enough sockets to fit the actual relocation adapter that replaces the stock cooler or the socket size to take off the stock cooler. if anyone can help me out so i dont buy more than needed i would appreciate it!!! thanks

 

if its the same piece I have, use a (big) adjustable wrench

 

naw i rather use sockets, the guy who had this before me did this and i dont want to junk up the piece anymore than it has anlready been by using a stripme wrench

 

i hear ya, yours must be a different part though,
mine would be a 40mm socket or something lol
