the idea with a pull in higher gear is what I always suggest if you want to keep the driver factor to the minimum. best is evcen 6th gear at 50mph. just honk 3 times and floor it, no clutching just a fair pull car VS car.

 

like i said many times before, my 305whp comptech beat a 325whp vortech pretty good from a roll like 3 times, might have been the extra weight in the other guys trunk, but its possible

 

Weight has very little effect on a vehicle accelerating in a straightline from 50mph or so. Guys, if we're going to do a 6th gear pull then we'd better have one hell of a long road ahead of us with NO COPS. Frankly, my car's dyno's are a bit low compared to other stock Comptech boosted setups I've seen but I still want to see the difference between the two cars.

So, like I posted in my other thread...stock boost, no gears, AP1 vs. AP1...
