I called paxton today because someone on the forums mentioned they will swap a 1220 unit for a 1200 for $380.00 some bucks. I got a response saying its $2250.00 for the charger and they will give me anywhere from $500.00 to $1000.00 for my core exchange depending on the condition.

I think the $380 or so is somehow upgrading the 1220 to the 1200?

So it's not a swap but an upgrade to your existing unit?
