dang 8.5, yeah check with sos for sure, but if thats the case, leak or loose belt.
msutang dynos rely on the weight of the car being input correctly, what weight did they put in for your car? even then, they ussually read lower. you would have to fudge the weight to make it read higher.

call up Chris @ SOS. Perhaps he can give you some insight. Ask what the PSI should be with your kit. It beats going off of what people "think" you should be running. When in doubt, goto the source for information.
I just installed this kit, aftercooled kit SOS -
Put on a dyno that is a dyno where you "leave your wheels on" ( i dont know tech stuff)
I put down 301.7 WHP - at 5.9 pounds of boost
I have ap1 stage one kit
