Last year it was 5% off everything and 10% off SOS branded products.

No, you need 3.4 or smaller for that. Most people seem to get around 350-380 hp on Dynojet with the stock pulley. I got 342 on a hot summer at about 8200k on the 4.2 pulley.

Hi All
Has anyone attempted to run the Bosch recirculating valve which comes with the SOS kit on like 16/17 psi? Basically im fitting a smaller pulley at the weekend ( 4.4 to a 3.2) however i do not have a BOV sorted yet.
Will this be ok for a month or two until i get one sorted? Also, is there a way of fitting an aftermarket BOV which doesn't involve welding it to the box?
Cheers

I have when it was still hooked up to the intake elbow and didn't have any issues. I had flutter when I vented it to atmosphere with a 3.0".

no the stock BOV is 1" good for 12-13 lbs, you will F-up your blower between shift if you have not BOV the pressure
do it right to start or you will F-up the blower. Modify the waterbox, clean weld paint and have it right the first time you run the dyno

Thanks for the advice, i will cancel the dyno session until i get this sorted then.
Just out of interest, is there another way i can fit a BOV without having to cut into the aftercooler / weld on? Can this not be fitted where the currect diverter valve is fitted?
thanks
