The consensus on here seems to be either NGK 7173's (1 range colder then stock) or NGK 7405's (2 colder then stock) depending upon the amound of boost/power you are looking to run. I'm currently running the 7405's, but just know that you need to change them every few thousand miles.

Hey, since they are pretty cheap I just toss them every 3k in miles. They might last longer then that, but for the price I would rather toss 8 dollars in plugs then have to regap them since I pull them anyway. You can just change them out with every oil change.

every oil change...3k miles or less. The plugs are like 2.50$ a piece. I would recommend ordering atleast 8 because they are never in stock and if you have a problem its nice to have some backup plugs
