7 is the stock heat range for NGK

Your better off going one range colder.. Again the best IMO is the NGK iridium BKR8EIX and you wont have to change them like you will with cheap copper plugs.

They should be dead-on .030, just gauge them to be sure. If you do adjust them, DO NOT even touch the tip. Iridium is hard, but it's super brittle.

I verified and they are perfectly pre gapped at the proper .030 gapping.

How come,? I have two sets of these V-Power copper plugs sitting at home, I am wondering if I should put them in? How come you will only use them on your turbo cars?

(I do like the fact they are cheap, I can swap them every oil change)

For one, I just dont like the iridiums for boost...too many horror stories of tips breaking off. I just want a sold copper plug, and the v-power NGK has never let me down. I stick with what works

Ok thanks, Ill be using them they have come recommended from a few folks, so the ones I posted in the link are ok then?

One thing, I feel as though when I installed them they didnt really tighten very well, i.e. when I removed them they came loose with little effort, and I couldnt tighten them any more when I put them in........ I dunno
