how often you replace them ?

 

Depends on how hard you are on the car. They last a good while though

 

Tune it right and use NGK coppers and you will replace them a lot less. Mine go over a full season of road racing making ~650. I replace them at the end of the season just because... A heck of a lot cheaper and safer too.
