Spearco intercooler and KOYO radiator

Spearco intercooler and KOYO radiator
Hello,
On Tuesday my mechanic will install a comptech SC on my car. The SC setup i bought came with spearco intercooler and the guy was running fluid coolant inside the spearco, for extra cooling of the intake, apart from the aftercooler it had . I already have koyo radiator in my car and i bought also Samco radiator hoses to install on Tuesday. Can you please help me in the following questions?
1) Does my mechanic have to epmty and loose all the coolant when will change the radiator hoses for the Samco ones?
2) If YES do you know the capacity of the system cooling fluid having Koyo radiator and Spearco intecooler together?
I always use Honda cooling fluid and my mechanic does not have so i have to buy before hand, not to mention that it only comes in 5 liter cans 35$ each
